Didcot Hash House Harriers (DH3) co-ordinates hash runs mainly in Oxfordshire. Participants will traverse private and public land, mainly on public footpaths, but also some road sections and will often encounter uneven surfaces, barbed wire fences, electric fences, farm animals, streams and similar hazards. Participation in hash runs may result in injury. All participants in the runs are doing so at their own risk and accept responsibility for any injury incurred.

By agreeing to participate in the hash runs the participants agree to waive any and all claims that they have or may have against DH3 or its members for any liability for loss, damage, injury or expense that they have or may suffer as a result of participating and due to any cause whatsoever including negligence, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or otherwise..
